OUR CLASSES

Our classes are hatha-based, fused with some vinyasa and ashtanga influences. We provide variations to suit all levels, adjustments to correct your alignment, and props to help you ease into the posture. You are also welcomed to bring your own yoga blocks and straps if you have.

 

Here at Ommaega, we infuse elements of nature into our practice e.g. using essential oils, practising near the waters, in a park, or if it is in an indoor setting, we encourage to have plants nearby. 

 

Classes always follow the same structure beginning with a short meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), joints loosening exercises, asanas and finally, shavasana.
