As the sun rises, move through a mindful flow inspired by the rhythm of the ocean where we combine gentle mobility, energising yoga postures, conscious breathing and a short meditation. This session invites participants to shift from the intensity of everyday life into a more present, connected state, while sharing a meaningful wellness moment with the community.

Suitable for all levels, this session reflects Ommaega’s nature-led approach to wellbeing by creating simple, restorative experiences that help people bring the benefits of nature and mindful movement into everyday life.
